So, the knights are forced to fight against the respective Black Saints and finally against Ikki himself to recover the aspired prize. But the unforeseens aren't finished: Ares, Pope of Athena, is the cause of many wars in the world and now, to increase his dominion, he wants to kill the Zodiacal Knights and take possession of the Gold Cloth, which is the most powerful of all. Meanwhile, we discover that Athena is Saori and Ares is a priest corrupted by the evil forces, who acts against the goddess: infact, thirteen years ago, he had tried to kill the baby-goddess herself, but Sagittarius Saint, Aioros, the only person who had understood the dark nature of Arles, had succedeed in save the baby. When he was dying, Aioros had given her to Mitsumasa Kido, Saori's adoptive granfather.
Unfortunately, Ares doesn't succeed in obtain decisive advantages with his Silver Saints, so he convokes the Gold Saints, the most powerful of all saints.
Aioria and Death Mask are sent in mission, but without results, in spite of their incredible strenght. The Zodiacal Knights, with Ikki's help, who has joined them, decide to reach the Sanctuary of Athens to deal with Ares, but Tramy hits Saori with an arrow to heart, so the Bronze Saints are forced to run through the Twelve Zodiacal Temples in twelve hours, beat the Gold Saints and force Ares to extract the arrow, because he is the only person who can do it.
Seiya first, then the others, acquire the seventh sense, the only way to be like a Gold Saint. In theese twelve hours, they understand that only Death Mask and Aphrodite are really evil, the other Gold Saints are devoted to Athena, but they have been tricked by Arles: part of them dies, while the others understand in time they have been wrong.
It remains a little time and only Seiya is living; he reaches Ares Temple, whose real identity is Saga of Gemini, knight with two personalities. Saori is saved at the last second and recovers all the dying Zodiacal Knights.
Gemini, in the last chance to kill the goddess, rebecomes good and he commits suicide.
Peace returns.

Saint Seiya: Poseidon 3 DVD Set (Ep.1-26)
The Zodiacal Knights succeed in finding the entrance to Marina and discover that Poseidon has imprisoned Athena in a pillar, where the water, destined to flood the surfaced lands, are entering. But, to demolish the pillar and save ovviously Athena, first the saints have to beat the seven Marine Shoguns, who are the guardians of the pillars which sustain the seven seas.
Demolished theese, they reach Poseidon Temple and, with the help of Gold Clothes, succed in demolish the main pillar, too.
In spite of the weapons and the power of Poseidon, Athena lets prevail the force of justice and imprisons the god in a amphora to keep him asleep for the next centuries. Kanon, the boss of the generals, the author of Poseidon's awakening, can't set himself anymore against the sun that returns after many days of rain.

Saint Seiya: ASGUARD 3 DVD Set (Ep.1-15)
Hilda, the Odin celebrant, is under the control of Nibelung Ring and so she let the ices to melt, to extend her dominion over the hot lands. So, Athena reaches Asgard and decides to pray Odin as Hilda, to block the melting of the ices, but she has time only until the sunset, because the weather in Asgard is freezing and she riskes to die frozen. So, the Zodiacal Knights, with the new clothes mended by the survived Gold Saints, have to beat the God Warriors, gain the Odin Sapphires of the God Robes, win the Odin Sword and finally break the Nibelung Ring.
But when everything seems to be solved, Athena is abducted by Poseidon, the god who kept Hilda under the control of the evil forces of the ring.
