Golden Gash Beru - 9 DVD Set (Ep. 1-65)
Gash Beru is the name of that yellow boy that Kiyomaro's father sends to him. Kiyomaro is such a genius that he never goes to school, since he's so far ahead of anything they teach there, and really doesn't have any friends. So when Gash gets to Kiyomaro's place, he says he'll fulfill Kiyomaro's mother's wishes and become his first friend! So he hatches a plan! However, that doesn't stop Gash from being positive and just making Kiyomaro realize that people actually do care for him, and he shouldn't give in to the negativity of the students at school who envy him. After all, there are girls like Suzume too, who still like him! By the way, Gash can shoot crazy beams of lightning from his eyes when Kiyomaro says "zakeru", which is convenient because there happens to be another couple of boys and masters who are trying to do random stuff as well.
