Coffee Prince (Korean, Comedy)
Funny, romantic, and completely charming, MBC drama The 1st Shop of Coffee Prince has been the big hit of the summer. Starring heartthrobs Gong Yoo (One Fine Day) and Lee Seon Gyun (The Great White Tower) and sassy starlet Yoon Eun Hye (Palace) in a gender-bending performance, the drama is both a romantic comedy of errors and a sensitive urban drama about the dreams and confusions of young people. Gong Yoo stars as Han Kyul, a wealthy and hot-tempered young man who can't figure out what he wants to do in life. At his grandmother's prodding, he begins to run a coffee shop and, mistaking the boyish-looking Eun Chan (Yoon Eun Hye) for a guy, he hires her to work at the cafe...and pose as his boyfriend! It was just a ploy to scare off all of his grandmother's arranged blind dates, but the confused Han Kyul begins to fall for Eun Chan.

Couple Or Trouble (Korean, Comedy)
This series is based on the 1987 American movie Overboard. Anna Jo (Han Ye Seul) is a rude, feisty, and audacious American-bred heiress who can never be satisfied. She returns to Korea only to continue being a controlling wife to her already cowardly husband, Billy Park (Kim Sung Min). When her yacht gets stuck for repairs, she hires local handyman Jang Chul Soo (Oh Ji Ho) to fix her shower, but when they have a heated spat over her dissatisfaction and non payment, she pushes him overboard and dunks his tools into the ocean right along with him. Later, after a quarrel with Billy that threatens to end their marriage, she herself gets drunkenly pitched overboard and falls victim to a bad case of amnesia.

Yong-soo is an ex-soccer player who lives in a small coal mine village in
North Korea with his critically ill, pregnant wife and young son, Joon.
Although living in extreme poverty like many other families in North Korea,
the family is happy just to be with each other.
Unable to find food and medicine for his family, he secretly crosses the
border to China hoping to find some there. After many life-threatening
moments in China, Yong-soo is forced into South Korea, becoming an unwanted
refugee prohibited to return to his family. His wife passes away leaving
their young son, Joon, alone determined to find his father.
