Payment
We accept credit card payment by all major credit card companies, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money order and checks. For any returned checks, we will charge a $20.00 fee. We also accept wire transfers, if you are interested in doing a wire transfer, please let us know, and we will e-mail you our bank details. If you have any questions regarding payment options, you can send us an e-mail or give us a call. You can also purchase items using PayPal to our e-mail account, paypal@toysnjoys.com. Due to nature of the anime/video game business, we are not able to maintain consistent inventory and guarantee availability of certain items after you placed your order. You may provide several additional choices in the "COMMENTS" section of the shopping cart page. For orders paid with check/money order, any items not in stock will be backordered, and shipped out when it is back in stock. If the item is not back in stock, you have the option to select replacement items or get a refund. Also, if all items ordered are unavailable, we will simply return the check back to the customer, or if the cash was cashed, we will issue you a check for the same amount.

Special Payment Requirements
For customers located in certain countries (i.e. Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, among others), we require customers to fax or scan images of the fronts AND backs of their credit cards and the fronts of a government issued ID (i.e. IDs, passports, etc.) for verification. The reason for this is there are many fraud orders, and we must protect our customers and ourselves. Faxes are to be sent to (808) 735-0449, or scanned images are to be e-mailed to billing@toysnjoys.com. We have requested this information for many years, and many customers have complied to our policy. If you can't comply, please DO NOT place an order. Special Note on the Products We Sell
We are a company that sells both domestic and imported toys and video games. Customers who are collectors generally expect our imported toys to be in Japanese, instructions to be in Japanese. Return Policies

At Toys N' Joys, we try our best to give you top quality items as fast as we can. We understand that customers may not always be 100% satisfied and we have tried to simplify our return process to help keep you the customer happy. If you need to contact our returns department, send all e-mails to returns@toysnjoys.com.

  • We must be e-mailed within 5 days of your receipt of the product in regards to any returns at: returns@toysnjoys.com
     
  • The product must still be in factory sealed condition, if you or someone in the household opens a toy, play with it and break it, we will not accept it back.  If an open product or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund.  Please pack your returns carefully.
     
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you.  When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS Priority Mail.  If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so we may arrange the return.  Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or a store credit can be issued or a refund check sent.
     
  • If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs plus the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs plus up to a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund assuming the product is still factory sealed.
     
  • Items that are shipped, unless otherwise stated, are not always mint/collector's condition.  Due to shipping, products may arrive to you with slight creases or dents on the product box, but in no way would the contents be damaged through shipping.  If this is the case though, you may file a claim with UPS, we are not claiming to have "mint" conditioned items for sale because your definition of mint may vary from ours.
     
  • When shipping back defective items for replacement/refund, please send back all instructions and original packaging as well as the defective item(s). We reserve the right to refuse the return, charge a restocking fee, or we will ship the replacement item minus items not returned.
     
  • Refunds may be given in form of refund checks or credits back to the card.

Customer Support is open ONLY Monday - Friday: 12pm - 7pm (Hawaii Standard Time), Saturday: 12pm - 3pm (HST), Sunday: CLOSED. The Mail Order Department is closed on the weekends.

Order Status: Defined
Being Shipped Orders are being processed and shipped out in chronological order in which they are received.
Back Order Item is sold out, but we expect a restock shortly (most items are restocked within 1-2 weeks). Dates are tentative.
Sold Out Item is sold out and out of stock. We do not anticipate a restock, but will notify by e-mail if the items do come back in stock.
Pre-Order Item has not been released yet, and will be due out soon. In most cases, a date is given, but is always tentative.
E-mail This item is special order only and an e-mail should be sent for questions, availability, and current price of the item.
Special Order We can get the item in stock by special ordering it, but it may take 1-3 weeks for it to arrive to our warehouse, then shipped out to the customer. Dates are tentative.
Pre-Owned Item is used from a third party. Item has been tested and been approved for resale.
Refurbished Item has been repaired by the original company that produced the product and has been approved for resale.
Currently Sold Out Item is currently sold out, but is expected to be in stock in about 1-3 weeks.
